A quick, easy to use program that will allow you to add text phrases to most common pictures.The program will also do cropping, resizing, and screen captures. Drag and Drop pictures or picture files from Windows Explorer, your browser, or other programs into the picture window. Right click the picture window to show the menu.

Text can be added to GIF's, but the picture can only be saved in JPG, BMP, or ICO formats.
